In this role, youll manage crews, coordinate daily site operations, and ensure successful execution of civil and utility construction projects across commercial, industrial, and government sectors. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and confident managing teams in a fast-paced field environment. • Lead and supervise field crews on active job sites

• Oversee day-to-day operations, subcontractors, and schedules

• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and OSHA regulations

• Manage site organization, cleanliness, and resource planning

• Maintain detailed daily reports, field logs, and site documentation

• Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and vendors

• Proactively identify and solve job site challenges

• Monitor material usage and assist with field purchasing

• Ensure tasks are completed on time and within quality standards

• Support and mentor team members to foster a strong, respectful jobsite culture

• Minimum 5 years of experience in field leadership or construction supervision

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Proven track record of managing labor and holding teams accountable

• High level of integrity, honesty, and professionalism

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lead by example and foster respect across crews

• Required: OSHA 10 Certification

• Required: Valid Drivers License
