Transportation Supervisor at Vivalon – Ceres, California

Our Vivalon Rides division proudly serves five counties, providing safe and reliable transportation for developmentally disabled adults. We are looking to hire a Transportation Supervisor for our Modesto operation. This supervisor is our driver workforce's first line of management and will supervise a designated group of drivers.

Responsibilities include performance coaching, performance evaluations, training, appreciation, and recognition.

This Driver Supervisor should have a commercial driver's license (or be willing to obtain one) and experience overseeing drivers.

The following skills and experience are qualifications for this job:

• Leadership and supervisory experience.
• Transportation operational experience.
• Knowledge of ADA policies and regulations.
• Knowledge of Vivalon service areas and Service Contract requirements is desired.
• Knowledge of applicable State and Federal work and passenger bus safety rules & regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Skill in organization, time management, prioritization, and attention to detail.

Compensation and Benefits

• $26 - $36/hour depending on experience.
