This role leads Product Managers and UX Designers, and partners closely with Commissions Analysts to deliver transparent, compliant, and scalable opportunity capabilities that drive distributor engagement, retention, and productivity.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position has supervisory responsibilities. The Group Product Manager directly manages and develops Product Managers, UX Designers, and contractors.

Requirements:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Vision, Strategy & Roadmap

  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Distributor experience portfolio.
  • Establish consistent product management practices across discovery, delivery, prioritization, and stakeholder communication.
  • Balance strategic initiatives with ongoing operational and regulatory needs.
  • Use data, distributor feedback, and operational insights to guide prioritization and investment decisions.
  • Represent the Opportunity portfolio in leadership forums, planning cycles, and governance reviews.
  • Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and communications across complex, cross-functional workflows.

Distributor Opportunity-Specific Focus Areas

  • Own distributor lifecycle experiences including enrollment, onboarding, rank progression, incentives, recognition, and tools that support distributor success.
  • Partner closely with Commissions Analysts to ensure accurate, timely, and transparent commissions calculations and reporting.
  • Collaborate with Legal and Compliance to ensure product features align with MLM regulatory requirements across regions.
  • Drive trust, clarity, and usability in compensation plans, dashboards, earnings views, and performance insights.
  • Ensure tight integration between Opportunity features, ecommerce activity, and commissions systems.
  • Optimize distributor engagement, retention, and productivity metrics.
  • Support operational excellence by reducing manual work, exceptions, and escalations within commissions and opportunity workflows.
  • Champion fairness, transparency, and scalability in all distributor-facing systems.

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Partner with Engineering, UX, Data, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Business stakeholders to deliver trusted, high-impact solutions.
  • Serve as the primary Opportunity product voice in cross-functional planning, release cycles, and executive forums.
  • Align with Commissions, Legal, and Compliance teams to navigate regulatory complexity and maintain distributor trust.

Release Planning & Execution Ownership

  • Own release planning and coordination for all Distributor experience work streams.
  • Partner with Engineering and QA to prioritize work within each release, and ensure work is properly scoped, sequenced, and delivery ready.
  • Make trade-off decisions during the development cycle when scope changes or rush requests arise.
  • Balance roadmap commitments with urgent or compliance-critical work.
  • Ensuring dependencies, risks, and constraints are surfaced early and communicated clearly to all stakeholders.

Business Communication & Release Readiness

  • Own Distributor Opportunity-related release communications to the business.
  • Draft and publish release notes outlining what is being released, expected impact, and timing and rollout details.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders on launch readiness, distributor communications, and go-live expectations.
  • Serve as the primary Distributor experience product voice during release planning and execution.

People Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and develop team members with a strong emphasis on ownership, accountability, and delivery of business outcomes—not just activity or output.
  • Establish clear expectations, success metrics, and performance standards for direct reports; hold individuals accountable for roadmap commitments, decision quality, and stakeholder communication.
  • Provide direct, timely, and constructive feedback; actively address performance gaps and take decisive action to ensure consistent product quality and execution rigor across the portfolio.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and professional growth while maintaining high standards for execution, judgment, and results.

  • MLM / Direct Sales Domain: Experience with direct sales, MLM, or network marketing platforms is strongly preferred; familiarity with distributor lifecycle, rank systems, and compensation models.
  • Commissions & Compensation: High-level understanding of commissions structures, compensation plan logic, and the operational complexity of commissions processing at scale.
  • Compliance Awareness: Ability to navigate regulatory requirements related to MLM compensation disclosures, regional compliance, and legal constraints.
