Irontown Modular has just restructured its Sales team to include a Director of Sales to manage and oversee the sales team consisting currently of SDR, Sales Coordinator and 2 Sales Managers. This position must be experienced in and able to help developers move forward with their new construction projects.

The Sales Director’s main focus will be managerial and technical consultation responsibilities centered on strategic leadership, team management, and revenue growth, bridging high-level strategy with practical sales execution.

Requirements:

Experience a must in one or more of the following:

  • Regional Building Material Product Sales
  • Construction Services Sales
  • Architectural and Design Sales
  • Construction Software Sales
  • Other Related SAAS Sales

Job Requirements and Key Managerial Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Strategy & Planning:

· Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategic plans to achieve sales revenue goals.

· Set ambitious but achievable sales targets and KPIs for the team.

· Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry standards to adapt positioning.

· Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes.

· Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals.

Team Leadership & Development:

· Lead, mentor, and manage sales managers and representatives.

· Recruit, hire, train, and onboard new sales talent.

· Motivate the team.

Operations & Performance:

· Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting.

· Manage the sales budget and resources.

· Ensure the sales process supports a seamless customer journey.

· Ensure cross-functional collaboration among teams and stakeholders.

Salary Range:

$110,000-$130,000 Base plus Commission (projected to be in the range of $60,000-$80,000 but not limited to).
