About This Position
Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor Property Info
The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for leading front-of-house operations during service periods, ensuring an exceptional guest experience across all F&B outlets. This role provides hands-on support to the service team, as a visible leader on the floor, reinforcing and fostering a culture of hospitality.Duties/Responsibilities:Supports management in daily operations, including training, organization, cleanliness, and service execution Provides guidance and direction to front-of-house associates during shifts. Leads by example, working various service positions as needed to ensure smooth and efficient operations Ensures all team members are present, prepared, and positioned for successful service execution Monitors dining room, bar, patio/rooftop & banquet operations to maintain consistent service standards across all outlets Engages with guests throughout service to ensure satisfaction and promptly resolves any concerns Verifies completion of shift duties and proper close-out procedures at shift end Ensures compliance with all alcohol service laws and company policies, including responsible service and intervention when necessary Conducts routine inspections of facilities and equipment to ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper working conditions; communicates maintenance needs as appropriate Performs other duties as assigned Required Skills/Abilities:Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate & guide a team in a fast-paced environment Excellent guest service and interpersonal communication skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Attention to detail and commitment to service excellence Working knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and restaurant operations Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar systems Qualifications:Current (or ability to obtain) ABLE license. Previous restaurant supervisory experience preferred.Ability to complete the required training program.Physical Requirements:Ability to move throughout all areas of the operation quickly and efficiently Ability to stand for extended periods during service Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
