Access Health Louisiana (AHL) is seeking a Family or Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team. This is an opportunity to make a lasting impact on families and communities that need it most.

Access Health Louisiana (AHL) one of the state’s largest networks of Federally Qualified Health Centers is looking for an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver comprehensive primary care. Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic health conditions.
• Work closely with clinical staff, behavioral health staff, and care coordinators to promote whole-person care.
• Serve with dignity and compassion in high-need, underserved communities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Family or Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in Louisiana. Full prescriptive authority.
• At least 2 years of NP experience in a primary care or community health setting.
• Passion for community health and a strong commitment to health equity.
