About This Position
House Attendant - Lobby
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a House Attendant - Lobby, where your attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction will help create a welcoming and pristine environment for our guests. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the overall guest experience by maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our hotel’s public areas and supporting various hotel functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain the appearance of the hotel’s public areas, including lobbies, meeting rooms, and other designated spaces
- Perform deep cleaning of assigned areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Set up and maintain complimentary hotel lobby functions, including coffee service and nightly concierge events
- Clean and prepare meeting room functions, ensuring all equipment and supplies are in place
- Deliver service items to guest rooms upon requests from the front desk
- Drive the shuttle van as needed to transport guests or staff around the property (property-specific requirement)
- Assist with other duties as assigned to support the overall operation of the hotel
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality, cleaning, or customer service preferred
- Ability to perform deep cleaning tasks and operate cleaning equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (if driving shuttle van)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform cleaning duties for extended periods
