Are you a nurse — or on the path to becoming one — who wants to grow your clinical skills without stepping away from resident connection or teamwork? Do you enjoy supporting caregivers, helping organize care, and being a trusted wellness leader?
We’re looking for a Wellness Coordinator to partner with our Wellness Director and support day-to-day wellness operations. This role is a great fit for an RN or med tech/nurse actively pursuing RN licensure who is interested in clinical delegation, care coordination, and leadership development in a senior living setting.

- Help schedule appointments and coordinate transportation
- Maintain employee and wellness documentation (TB testing, compliance records, etc.)
- Assist with staffing coordination for caregivers
- Promote a safe environment by identifying and reporting health or safety concerns
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and team members
What We’re Looking For
Preferred Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) strongly preferred
- OR Actively enrolled in an RN program encouraged to apply
- Interest in clinical delegation, leadership support, and care coordination
- Experience in senior living, long-term care, or healthcare settings preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active nursing/med tech license/certification in the state of employment
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
