Responsibilities

Medical Education Program Coordinator position duties include, but are not limited to the following:

• Be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of intern and resident rotations
Coordinate and resolve issues with interns and residents in relation primarily to schedulesEnsure the upkeep of files (applications and interviews) and all required logs and paperworkMaintain appropriate documentation to meet AOA requirementsAssist with revision of manuals pertaining to internship and residencyOversees graduation events

Job Requirements

• Associate degree in relevant field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in related areas of equivalent experienceExtensive knowledge of productivity software, including database management5 years of office experienceMust be able to effectively communicate with department directors, faculty, residents, applicants, employees and the general public.Good assessment and planning skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
Previous supervisory experienceGraduate medical education experience
