Microsoft Power Platform & Copilot Automation Engineer

Ready to shape how people work with the power of automation and AI? As our next Microsoft Power Platform & Copilot Automation Engineer, you’ll build intelligent solutions that simplify processes, boost productivity, and bring new ideas to life.

What you do with us
  • Build and enhance business applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), delivering intuitive, high-impact user experiences.
  • Automate and optimize workflows with Microsoft Power Automate, driving efficiency across core business processes.
  • Design and implement Copilot Agents to streamline tasks, boost productivity, and bring AI into daily operations across Microsoft 365.
  • Integrate Copilot and Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, APIs, and enterprise systems.
  • Connect Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, and external platforms into seamless, scalable solutions.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to turn business needs into smart automation and AI-driven outcomes.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve workflows and integrations for maximum performance.
  • Keep clear, structured documentation to support scalable and reliable solutions.
When you fit in with us

Must-haves:

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • A solid understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and how automation can improve business processes.
  • Experience designing workflows and building efficient automation solutions.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience with Copilot Agents or other AI-powered automation tools.
  • Knowledge of Power Platform governance and environment management best practices.
  • Familiarity with AI tools like AI Builder or similar integrations.
  • Microsoft certifications (such as Power Platform Developer Associate).
