Job Description

Identity & Access Consultant (m/f/d) focusing on Okta & Auth0

As an Identity & Access Consultant (m/f/d) with a focus on Okta or Auth0, you will bring structure to identity landscapes. You will design and implement modern IAM architectures with a clear focus on security, scalability, and seamless integration into hybrid system landscapes.
What you do with us
  • You provide our customers with strategic advice on Identity & Access Management (IAM) - focusing on Okta or Auth0.
  • You design and implement customised IAM architectures (e.g. with SSO, MFA, lifecycle management).
  • You analyse existing structures, identify weaknesses and develop secure and scalable solutions.
  • You integrate IAM solutions into existing IT landscapes (Azure AD, M365, etc.).
  • You support the migration, automation and optimisation of access processes.
  • You support customers throughout their entire IAM journey, from initial analysis to rollout.
When you fit in with us
  • You have experience of implementing Okta's Workforce Identity Cloud and Customer Identity Cloud (formerly Auth0).
  • You have an in-depth understanding of IAM, including topics such as access management, lifecycle management, federation and standards, governance and compliance, and privileged access management.
  • You are confident when dealing with directory services such as Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD) and LDAP, and you understand how to use relational databases.
  • You combine infrastructure as code (IaC) and scripting experience with the development of identity workflows.
  • You work in a structured manner and think in a solution-oriented way, providing holistic support for IAM projects from architecture to go-live.
  • You are fluent in German and English - in technical discussions, in customer contact and in collaboration with international teams.
