Job Description

IT Consultant Microsoft 365 (m/f/d)

As an IT Consultant Microsoft 365 (m/f/d), you will analyze our customers IT infrastructures and develop customized, future-oriented Microsoft 365 solutions. Using your expertise and passion for technology, you will help companies to embrace digital transformation and guide them on their journey to the cloud. Join our team and help create modern IT solutions that meet today's and tomorrow's requirements!
What you do with us
  • You analyse our customers existing IT infrastructure on site and develop customised Microsoft 365 solutions that are both functional and sustainable.
  • You plan the details of the architecture, focusing on user-friendliness while ensuring the infrastructure is stable and secure.
  • You create comprehensive implementation plans and oversee their successful execution in close collaboration with customers.
  • As a trusted point of contact, you will accompany complex customer projects through all phases and ensure that the solutions meet the requirements and expectations.
  • You support the continuous optimization of our customers IT landscapes using innovative technologies and best practices.
When you fit in with us
  • You have broad expertise in Microsoft 365, including all its workloads.
  • You have in-depth knowledge of at least two of the following areas: SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft AI, or Teams Collaboration and Phone
  • Ideally, you already have certifications in Microsoft 365.
  • You can competently advise our customers on selecting hybrid and cloud solutions and provide support during the implementation.
  • You also have additional knowledge in areas such as Change and Adoption, Backup and Lifecycle, Governance and Compliance or Microsoft Azure.
  • You are a team player who enjoys passing on knowledge and continuously expanding your own and your team's expertise.
  • You are fluent in German and English.
