- Publish job openings across digital platforms and sourcing channels to attract qualified candidates
- Identify and evaluate talent through social media, databases, and online tools
- Screen resumes efficiently and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
- Conduct remote interviews and assess candidate fit through structured evaluation methods
- Participate in virtual job fairs and online recruitment events
- Maintain accurate and updated candidate records within digital systems
- Build and manage talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Previous experience in recruitment and selection, preferably in a digital or remote context
- Strong knowledge of online sourcing tools and recruitment platforms
- Excellent communication and interviewing skills
- Ability to work independently in a freelance setup with strong time management
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Experience with candidate assessment methods such as DISC analysis is a plus
- Strong persuasion and candidate engagement skills
