This role sits at the heart of a fast-growing, global, remote-first technology environment focused on cloud innovation and AWS-driven solutions. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring top-tier technical and customer-facing talent across engineering, architecture, development, and project management roles. The position requires a strong mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
You will work closely with hiring managers to shape hiring strategies, build strong talent pipelines, and ensure alignment with business needs.

- Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, align on role requirements, and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates for AWS-focused technical and non-technical roles.
- Conduct screening interviews to assess both technical capabilities and cultural fit.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout all stages of the recruitment process.
- Manage offer negotiations and closing processes to secure top talent in a competitive market.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, and hiring efficiency.
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools (e.g., Greenhouse) to manage candidate flow and proactive outreach.
- Represent the employer brand professionally and engagingly across all candidate interactions.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally focused on technical and cloud-related roles (engineers, architects, developers, project managers, etc.).
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes in fast-paced environments.
- Strong understanding of technology roles, with exposure to cloud computing environments (AWS preferred).
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence hiring managers effectively.
- Excellent negotiation skills and a strong drive to close high-quality candidates.
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and reporting recruitment KPIs.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized, autonomous, and adaptable in dynamic environments.
- Nice to have: AWS Cloud Practitioner certification, experience in consulting or professional services, familiarity with AWS ecosystems.
