Interior Specialties Group (ISG) is seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead the execution of high-end architectural millwork and interior glazing projects. This role is responsible for the full project lifecyclefrom planning and coordination through implementation and closeoutensuring each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to our high standards of quality. The ideal candidate has a strong background in construction project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a design-driven, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and implementation of the awarded scope for all assigned projects.

  • Generate submittal packages including material samples, manufacturer cut sheets, and scope clarifications.

  • Develop full-scale shop drawings for review by interior designers and architects, to be used for future cabinet production.

  • Attend on-site project meetings as required by the general contractor.

  • Obtain and document VIF (Verify in Field) dimensions, site photos, and notes.

  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and required resources.

  • Plan and schedule project timelines and activities.

  • Manage and track project budgets and expenses.

  • Monitor project deliverables using project management tools.

  • Provide guidance, support, and leadership to the project team.

  • Monitor quality assurance and project compliance.

  • Implement and manage project changes or interventions as necessary.

  • Evaluate project outcomes and prepare post-completion assessments.

  • Develop and maintain project communication strategies and plans with internal stakeholders and clients.

  • Source external suppliers and create effective procurement strategies.

Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).

  • Minimum 35 years of experience managing high-end millwork and/or glazing construction projects.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.

  • OSHA 40 certification required.

  • Strong knowledge of architectural details and custom fabrication methods.

  • Highly organized, with strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines.

  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Schedule
  • Full-Time Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM5:00 PM
