CNA - Activities Aide at Central Peninsula Hospital – Soldotna, Alaska

POSITION SUMMARY: The Activity Aide provides a variety of care activities for Residents. Under the direction of a licensed therapist, the Restorative Activity provides restorative services to promote the wellness of Residents. The Restorative Activity Aide also plans and delivers individual and group activity programs for Residents.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Certification as a Nursing Assistant in the state of Alaska.
• Valid Alaska Driver's License
• BLSP (CPR)
• Assumes self-responsibility for obtaining additional training and education to assure that skill level meets the demands of the position.
• Basic computer and keyboarding skills with a working knowledge of some common computer programs.
• Ability to operate basic office equipment.
