About This Position

Description:

Triple is seeking a Senior Director of Sales & Partnership Development to lead merchant acquisition and strategic partnerships across our performance marketing platform powering financial institution rewards ecosystems.

This role sits at the intersection of fintech, loyalty, affiliate marketing, and performance advertising, connecting leading brands with 100M+ active bank cardholders through targeted card-linked offers, merchant storytelling placements, and measurable customer acquisition programs.

The ideal candidate is a highly connected enterprise seller with deep relationships across major brands and agencies, and a proven track record selling marketing technology, performance media, affiliate marketing, loyalty, or card-linked offer solutions.

Requirements: Experience

8–12+ years of enterprise sales or partnership development experience in:

  • Performance marketing / affiliate marketing
  • Card-linked offers
  • Loyalty and rewards platforms
  • Marketing technology
  • Digital media or commerce media

    Established relationships with decision makers across multiple merchant verticals are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Merchant Acquisition & Revenue Growth
Identify, develop, and close enterprise merchant partnerships that leverage Triple’s platform to drive customer acquisition, re-engagement, and incremental revenue.

Strategic Partnerships
Develop relationships with merchants, agencies, and marketing partners to expand adoption of Triple’s card-linked offer and performance marketing capabilities.

Enterprise Sales Leadership
Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution, including solution design, executive presentations, commercial negotiations, and program launch coordination.

Merchant Program Strategy
Consult with merchants to design performance marketing campaigns utilizing targeted offers and promotional placements across financial institution channels.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with internal product, analytics, ad operations, and financial institution partners to ensure successful campaign deployment and measurable performance outcomes.

Industry Representation
Represent Triple at industry conferences and partner meetings to build market awareness and develop new business opportunities.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven success selling enterprise marketing technology or performance marketing solutions
  • Strong understanding of affiliate marketing, loyalty programs, and performance-based advertising
  • Exceptional relationship management and stakeholder communication skills
  • Ability to translate marketing objectives into measurable incremental revenue outcomes
  • Experience working with enterprise brands, agencies, and marketing decision makers
