Senior Human Resources Generalist

Position Summary
Are you an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? As a Senior HR Generalist, you will lead key human resources functions, with a strong focus on employee relations, compliance, and organizational effectiveness.
In this role, you’ll partner closely with leadership, guide managers through complex HR matters, and help shape programs that support employee engagement, retention, and performance. This is a high-impact position where your expertise will directly influence workplace culture and business success.
Compensation & Benefits
● $85,000 to $95,000 (depending on level of experience)
● Comprehensive benefits include Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance

What You'll Do
● Partner with leadership to support HR strategy, focusing on employee relations, compliance, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
● Provide guidance to managers and employees on complex and sensitive HR matters, including investigations, accommodations, and terminations.
● Lead employee relations investigations, document findings, and recommend appropriate actions.
● Oversee disciplinary processes, terminations, and workplace investigations.
● Analyze compensation and benefits trends; support development of competitive pay programs.
● Facilitate learning and development initiatives to support employee growth and internal mobility.
● Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
● Review and update HR policies and practices to align with legal requirements and best practices.
● Maintain knowledge of HR trends, employment law updates, and emerging technologies.
● Support talent acquisition efforts as needed.
● Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing HR team environment..
Required Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent combination of education and experience.
● Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience.
● Strong knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including employee relations, compensation, and employment law.
● Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and counsel at all levels.
● Ability to remain tactful, calm, and effective in high-pressure or confrontational situations.
● Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and recordkeeping accuracy.
● Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
● High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
● Collaborative team player with initiative and sound judgment.
● Proficiency with Google Workspace tools.
Preferred Qualifications
● SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification, or willingness to obtain within one year of employment.
● Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
● Strong presentation skills and experience facilitating training sessions.
