Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
The purpose of this role is to support the Amerimax for Mobility business in the effective daily use, stability, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This position serves as a critical link between business users, operational processes, and ERP system functionality. By understanding business needs and translating them into system solutions, this role ensures the ERP system operates efficiently, supports business objectives, and evolves to meet changing requirements.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Resolve user issues, system errors, and data-related problems.
- Support core processes such as sales, purchasing, inventory, production, logistics, and finance.
- Translate business needs into new functional ERP improvements.
- Manage mini projects to implement / roll out these new functionalities
- Support testing, documentation, and user training.
- Help maintain data quality and process standardization.
- Work with business teams, IT, and external partners on system improvements and projects
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems or any other related field, is preferred, but not required.
- Experience with Business Central or a similar ERP system.
- Good understanding of business processes, preferably in Supply Chain and Manufacturing, with a sound knowledge of underlying finance processes.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Hands-on, structured, and service-oriented.
- Experience with user support, testing, training and documentation.
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Movement - This position needs to frequently sit, move about inside the office and production facility. Frequently required to reach with hands and arms. Occasionally required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
- Operate/Use - Must be able to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery.
- Communicate - Able to communicate orally, written and through email
- Ascend/Descend - May be frequently required to ascend/descend stairs
- Physical - This position frequently lifts or moves 10 pounds, occasionally moves up to 25 pounds, rarely moves up to 50 pounds.
- Work Environment - Typical office environment. In the production facility: Noise level requires use of hearing protection, movement about facility may require use of steel toe shoes, safety glasses. This position is fast paced.
