About This Position

Position SummaryThis position is responsible for providing technical troubleshooting support by phone to internal users and/or external customers. This role troubleshoots ASA product issues, ensuring timely resolution and a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to technical support requests via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systemDiagnose and troubleshoot system issues with productProvide step-by-step guidance to users to resolve technical problemsDocument issues, resolutions, and processesFollow up with users to ensure issues are fully resolved
Qualifications1–3 years of customer service troubleshooting support.Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to explain technical concepts to non-technical usersStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasksElectronics interest and/or experience a plus
