Job Description
Folsom Lake Nissan is hiring a Business Operations Assistant to support our dealership across accounting, training, and marketing. The role reports directly to the Dealer Principal and is ideal for a college student or early-career professional looking for hands-on business experience and direct exposure to dealership leadership.
What You’ll Do• Support the accounting team with data entry, filing, deposit preparation, and basic AP/AR tasks
• Manage the Dealer Principal’s calendar, meetings, and day-to-day scheduling
• Coordinate employee training sessions and assist with new-hire onboarding logistics
• Run bank deposits and other off-site errands
• Assist with marketing, training, and accounting projects as opportunities arise
Schedule & Requirements• Approximately 20–25 hours per week, flexible around class schedule
• Fully on-site at our Folsom dealership; flexible start date
• Valid California driver’s license, clean driving record, and personal auto insurance required
• Background check required prior to start
Who You Are• College student or early-career professional interested in accounting, marketing, or training
• Comfortable using AI tools (we use Claude); training provided on our workflows
• Organized, punctual, collaborative, and customer-focused
• Trustworthy with confidential financial and employee information
