We are seeking a highly organized, detail‑driven, and high‑energy IC Contract Administrator I to join our dynamic Contracts Administration Department. Our team supports high‑volume, contract workflows that keep major, high‑profile projects moving across the U.S.
Your expertise in Ironclad or CLM/ERP systems, contract governance, and standardized processes will help drive accuracy and efficiency across the organization. You will administer high‑volume contracts by running Ironclad reviews, performing document and metadata QA/QC, coordinating sign‑offs, maintaining accurate records, ensuring audit‑ready repositories.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Ironclad (end-to-end Workflow Ownership)
Ironclad Reviewer (Authorization Level)
- Manages assigned contract workflows within Ironclad, performing comprehensive document and metadata validation and negotiations in accordance with Cumming’s contract policy and guidelines.
Perform rigorous document QA - confirm all referenced agreements/exhibits are present, readable, and fully executed; request missing items through documented @mentions within IC activity feed.
Validate metadata and commercial terms - counterparty and project data, values, dates, governing law, payment terms, assignment/consent, and compliance triggers.
- Maintain strong understanding of contracting process and contract issues, including T&Cs and applicable laws/regulations.
- Analyze and negotiate contract requirements/T&Cs to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and company objectives.
Check financial alignment - confirm fee structures, hourly rates, escalations, and cumulative values against governing documents and Deltek/Vantagepoint records.
Coordinate systems of record - ensure executed contract sets and metadata are correctly uploaded, categorized, and named in Deltek/VP (project or client level) and shared locations as required.
Execute final archive QA/QC - complete metadata verification and repository release once terms align with operations, legal, and client inputs.
Partner cross‑functionally - collaborate with Legal, AR/Billing, and Workflow Owners; provide clear, scalable guidance through activity‑feed notes and internal comments.
Audit WIP
Conduct monthly audits, maintaining accurate work‑in‑progress tracking, and delivering clear, timely audit reports to the Director.
Misc. Audits
Provide audit support for ad hoc requests supporting various external and internal document compliance audits.
Utilize enterprise tools expertly - operate Ironclad CLM and Deltek/VP; maintain disciplined document governance and version control in a fast‑paced environment.
M&A and Integration Support (Ad hoc)
- Assist with contract-related integration activities during mergers and acquisitions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions and standardized processes.
Knowledge & Skills Required:
Qualifications
• Thrives in a busy environment – Enjoys working in a team environment.
• Works independently, with minimal supervision but also contributes positively to team participation and ownership.
• Associates degree or related equivalent
• 3-5 years of administrative support experience in corporate contract administrative services.
Competencies
• Experience with Ironclad (preferred) or another CLM platform.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with Deltek/Vantagepoint ERP systems.
• Experienced using workflow/collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams.
• Understanding commercial terms, strong business writing, contract interpretation, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication skills, including translating complex language into actionable guidance.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and collaboration abilities supporting efficient contract review, compliance tracking, and governance.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment, manage competing priorities, and maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.

The salary range for this full-time role is $29.09-$36.84 per hour. Ranges are determined based on the position, geography, client and industry experience and level, and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range reflects base salary only, and not the total compensation package.
