We’re currently looking for a full-time RV Sales Associate to join our team. If you’re energetic, motivated, and enjoy helping people start their next adventure, we’d love to hear from you. Top performers in this role routinely earn six-figure incomes.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver a fun, informative RV buying experience for customers
• Build lasting relationships based on honesty, integrity, and product expertise
• Continuously grow your RV product knowledge through in-house and factory training
• Work both independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals
• Maintain organized customer follow-up and communication
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• A strong desire to earn and succeed in a commission-based sales career (no cap on commissions)
• Retail sales or customer service experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, customer-first attitude
• Strong organizational skills
• Basic computer and internet proficiency
• Valid driver’s license
