Job Description: The Teen Outreach Program (TOP®) serves 6th-12th-grade youth through in-school and after-school weekly TOP clubs. Under the supervision of the Program Director and Program Coordinator, the Facilitator is responsible for utilizing the TOP curriculum to effectively implement the Wyman Teen Outreach Program at assigned school and community sites. Facilitators will use the TOP curriculum to empower teens with the tools and opportunities to develop social-emotional skills and build healthy relationships and community connections. The TOP Facilitator will promote positive youth development through an engaging curriculum, community service learning, and supportive relationships with adults. Major Duties and Responsibilities:
