- Track vessels of interest (VOIs) across a range of mission sets, including piracy, sanctions evasion, and naval blockade-line crossings
- Monitor crude oil export activity and tanker fleet movements (e.g., loadings at key export terminals, national tanker fleet tracking) by cross-referencing AIS data with satellite imagery
- Support regional maritime surveillance taskings, AOI monitoring, shipyard and naval activity
- Respond to ad hoc imagery and analysis requests from media and government clients on vessels, port activity, and maritime incidents of interest
- Produce maritime intelligence products fusing AIS, SAR, EO/IR, and open-source data to characterize vessel behavior and anomalies
OSINT & Multi-INT Research
- Conduct open-source research to corroborate and enrich geospatial findings (vessel ownership, shipyard activity, regional maritime events)
- Evaluate and correlate multi-source imagery (SAR, EO/IR, hyperspectral, LiDAR) for analytic applications
- Assess emerging commercial imagery/sensor providers for operational fit
- Produce imagery-derived intelligence products, including training and reference artifacts
GIS & Technical Analysis
- Perform terrain analysis (DEM-based route/accessibility classification) using ArcGIS Pro notebooks
- Conduct land use/land cover (LULC) classification using multispectral satellite imagery (e.g., Sentinel-2)
- Build and maintain AOI geometries (GeoJSON) and clean EEZ boundary topology
- Build and manage geospatial datasets and databases
- Work across ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Enterprise environments
Qualifications
