Job Description
The Cargo Representative Lead’s primary duty is partnering with the facility management, developing, and maintaining professional relationships with the Cargo sector of business through professional customer interaction, stellar customer service and consistent execution.
Responsibilities and Associated Duties:
In partnership with, and under the direction of the General Manager, the Cargo Representative will be responsible for managing the logistics and timeliness of the final product and/or services that are requested by the Cargo customers. Measures of Success:
Annual Performance Review- success will be measured using results of the Annual Performance Review (2X per- year), which are established bi-annually, just prior to the new Fiscal Year starting & at the 6-month mark of the fiscal year, to include Specific Job Responsibilities and our Core Service Goals:
