About the role

Insight Xcite is seeking a Support Integration Officer (SIO) to support mission-critical operational environments within the Intelligence Community. This role involves providing multidisciplinary operational and administrative support across a variety of mission functions, including finance, logistics, human resources, security, facilities, and project coordination. The ideal candidate is adaptable, highly organized, customer-focused, and capable of supporting dynamic operational environments with professionalism and sound judgment. Compensation is determined based on experience, technical expertise, certifications, mission requirements, and overall alignment with customer and contract needs.

What you'll do

  • Provide operational and administrative support across mission-focused environments
  • Support finance, logistics, security, facilities, human resources, and project coordination activities
  • Assist with resolving operational and tactical support issues
  • Develop, implement, or adapt processes and procedures to meet operational requirements
  • Coordinate with customer personnel, operational teams, and mission stakeholders
  • Support planning, resource management, and operational tracking activities
  • Prepare reports, briefings, and operational documentation
  • Support customer service and mission support functions in fast-paced operational environments

Required Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph (FSP)
  • Minimum 6 years of experience supporting operational, administrative, or mission-focused environments
  • Experience supporting government or Intelligence Community operations
  • Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated adaptability, initiative, and sound judgment
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic operational environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting finance, logistics, security, facilities, or human resources functions
  • Experience supporting operational planning or mission coordination activities
  • Experience with process improvement or resource management initiatives
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Communications, International Studies, Accounting, or related field
  • Experience supporting deployed or field operational environments
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills

The pay range for this role is:
150,000 - 210,000 USD per year(Government Client Site – McLean VA)
