The role oversees identity verification, re-verification experiences, payment rails, onboarding incentives, and user activation flows across global markets. You will work at the intersection of compliance, payments, risk management, and product innovation to create seamless and secure onboarding experiences for millions of users. Collaborating closely with engineering, legal, operations, campaigns, and risk teams, you will drive measurable improvements in conversion, retention, and trading activity. This position is ideal for a highly strategic yet execution-oriented product leader who thrives in complex, data-driven environments. You will help shape scalable infrastructure, improve customer trust, and accelerate global expansion through localized and AI-enhanced product experiences.

• Own the end-to-end product strategy and execution for KYC approval, re-KYC processes, deposit and withdrawal experiences, onboarding rewards, and user activation flows.
• Lead the development and optimization of identity verification infrastructure, including multi-vendor routing, fraud prevention mechanisms, and reusable identity solutions.
• Drive initiatives to improve onboarding speed, reduce verification friction, and maintain strong compliance standards across multiple jurisdictions.
• Design and optimize fiat and crypto deposit and withdrawal experiences, including payment method availability, eligibility rules, transaction limits, and fee transparency.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure regulatory alignment and smooth operational execution.
• Monitor and improve critical metrics such as KYC completion rates, deposit success rates, activation conversion, fraud detection efficiency, and customer retention.
• Build scalable onboarding reward and activation programs that encourage first deposits, first trades, and ongoing platform engagement.
• Lead localization strategies by expanding local payment methods and tailoring onboarding experiences to regional user behaviors and market needs.
• Champion AI-native product development practices and leverage advanced AI tools to accelerate delivery, experimentation, and product innovation.
• Influence roadmap prioritization and cross-functional decision-making in a highly dynamic, global, and execution-driven environment.

Requirements:

• 6–8+ years of Product Management experience in high-growth technology, fintech, cryptocurrency, digital payments, or multi-asset trading environments.
• Strong experience managing products related to KYC/AML, identity verification, payment rails, onboarding conversion, or compliance-heavy digital experiences.
• Deep understanding of payment systems, API integrations, ledger systems, and scalable platform architecture.
• Familiarity with multi-vendor IDV routing, fraud prevention systems, liveness detection technologies, and onboarding infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of global KYC, AML, FATF, GDPR, SCA, and regional payment regulations.
• Advanced analytical mindset with experience using SQL, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar tools for funnel optimization and performance analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to balance conversion, compliance, fraud prevention, and operational cost considerations in product decision-making.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams and driving execution in decentralized, fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience leveraging AI-powered productivity and development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini, LibreChat, or equivalent solutions.
