Position Type/Hours:
Full-time, in-office position. Core office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. CST.

Position Purpose:
The Sr. Business Development Representative will play a critical role in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive company growth and achieve revenue goals in the converting and coating space. The Senior Business Development professional manages key accounts, closes complex sales cycles, and provides mentorship to junior team members. This role requires extensive sales experience, advanced knowledge of CRM systems, and a strategic mindset to exceed sales targets.

Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit. The employee occasionally is required to walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand for long periods of time while attending tradeshows. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.
Salary Range:
$120,000 - $160,000 per year (DOE - Depending on Experience)
