Base Salary: $60,000–$75,000 + Uncapped Commission
On-Target Earnings: $125,000+

Are you a proven outside sales professional who knows how to open doors, build relationships, and close business in New York City?
Only the Best Pest Control, Inc. is hiring an experienced Outside Commercial Sales Representative to sell premium pest control services throughout the five boroughs of New York City, as well as Nassau County, Suffolk County, and Westchester County.
This is an opportunity to represent one of the region’s most respected pest management companies with a strong reputation, established operations team, and the ability to truly deliver for clients.
We are not looking for entry-level salespeople. We are looking for a polished, professional hunter who understands how to sell services in the highly competitive NYC market.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect and develop new commercial business opportunities throughout NYC, Long Island, and Westchester
- Build relationships with property managers, facility managers, restaurants, hotels, healthcare facilities, warehouses, retail operations, and other commercial clients
- Conduct in-person sales meetings and site visits
- Prepare proposals and close new service agreements
- Maintain and grow a strong sales pipeline
- Work closely with operations and service teams to ensure excellent customer experience
- Represent a company known for professionalism, responsiveness, and high-quality service
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary of $60,000–$75,000
- Uncapped commission structure

What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience
- Experience selling services in the New York City market
- Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Comfortable traveling throughout NYC, Long Island, and Westchester
- Valid driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications:
- Commercial B2B sales experience
- Experience selling into property management, hospitality, healthcare, food service, facilities, or related industries
Pest control industry experience is a plus, but not required for the right sales professional
