- Lead statistical programming activities across multiple clinical development programs, ensuring the delivery and quality control of analysis datasets, tables, listings, figures, and exploratory analyses.
- Oversee external vendors and contract programmers to ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality programming deliverables.
- Develop, maintain, and improve statistical programming standards, workflows, guidance documents, and operational processes in alignment with ICH and regulatory requirements.
- Support clinical decision-making through advanced exploratory statistical analyses and innovative data visualization techniques.
- Drive the adoption of modern programming technologies and automated workflows to improve clinical data review, cleaning, integration, reconciliation, and monitoring processes.
- Contribute to the development of analytics tools, interactive dashboards, and open-source solutions that enhance data exploration and knowledge discovery.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with biometrics, clinical development, data management, and regulatory teams to support successful study execution and submissions.
- Serve as a strategic leader within the biometrics function, providing mentorship, technical guidance, and operational expertise across projects and teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, life sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of statistical programming experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- At least 5 years of experience serving as a Lead Statistical Programmer across multiple therapeutic areas.
- Advanced proficiency in SAS, R, and R-Shiny, including expertise in producing analysis datasets, statistical outputs, and complex visualizations.
- Strong experience developing open-source R packages and interactive analytical tools for data exploration and reporting.
- Deep understanding of CDISC standards, including SDTM and ADaM, as well as global regulatory requirements and submission standards.
- Experience supporting regulatory submissions across the United States, Europe, and other international markets.
- Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional and external teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage priorities, solve complex problems, and operate successfully in dynamic and innovation-focused environments.
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities, including experience guiding teams and resolving conflicts constructively.
- Competitive annual base salary ranging from $200,600 to $260,200 USD depending on experience and qualifications.
