Job Description
Reporting to the Operations Manager, Service, the Electrical Field Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of Service Electricians while also supporting technical work as needed. This role oversees day-to-day operations, team performance, scheduling, and customer relationships to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery. You will support the development of the team’s technical capabilities, coordinate work assignments, and maintain strong communication with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Coordinate and prioritize daily field activities, including service calls and small project work;Provide ongoing support and direction to electricians in the field, including troubleshooting and job planning;Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication and follow-up;Assist with estimating, materials coordination, and execution of smaller-scale projects;Support team development through coaching, training, and involvement in hiring and performance discussions;Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project delivery.

Our Must Haves- Experience supporting or leading a team of electricians or technicians;Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record;Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach;Ability to assess issues in the field and make practical decisions;Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments is considered an asset.
