You’ll work on a wide range of trailer repairs that keep our fleet and customers moving safely:

• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical trailer issues
• Perform welding and fabrication (MIG/TIG/arc/gas)
• Repair doors, hinges, walls, skins, and flooring
• Replace mud flaps, hangers, mirrors, shocks
• Complete brake adjustments, linings, drums, cams, bushings
• Handle wheel alignments, balancing, and suspension work
• Follow all safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work area

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience with 48'/53' trailers (or relevant certifications)
• Welding experience
• Basic tool set
• Valid driver’s license
• Brake certification (or willingness to obtain — we can provide it)
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
