Our inpatient facility houses 16 clients who receive specialized and personal care from our staff. Spacious and newly remodeled facility, located on 4 private acres of land.
Positions Available:
- Full-time
Essential Functions as an Associate Therapist:
- Performs journey-level professional casework and clinical services with mentally and emotionally disturbed clients
- Assesses and monitors clients’ behaviors while in treatment for chemical and alcohol abuse and dependency.
- Works as a team member with other professionals
- Participates in evaluative and diagnostic staff conferences
- Conducts individual, family, and group therapy; interviews clients and relatives
- Participates in collaborative treatment with representatives of other agencies
- Prepares verbal, written, and statistical reports
- Attends conferences, workshops, and training to maintain current awareness of mental health methodologies and issues
- Operates a personal computer and other office equipment
- Communicates effectively with others in person and over the telephone
- Analyze data, interpret directions, procedures and regulations, and develop appropriate responses
- Perform job duties under stressful conditions
- May be assigned some lead and special work coordination responsibilities
Education and minimum qualification:
- Must possess a master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, or professional counseling
- Must obtain an associate registration number with the Board of Behavioral Sciences
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License
- Two-year experience in Drug and Alcohol counseling (preferred, not required)

Associate Salary: $80,000 - $90,000
Licensed Salary: $90,000 - $115,000
Qualifications
Required education and experience:
- Must obtain and maintain a registration number regulated by a state board (ASW, AMFT, APC)
- Must possess a master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, or counseling.
- Have at minimum one-year experience in Drug and Alcohol counseling.
- Very familiar with HIPAA/client confidentiality and personal rights.
- Must possess a current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License
Preferred education and experience:
- Two to three years of experience in drug and alcohol counseling
- BA or MA degree in related field.
