This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Operations Assistant (Assistente de Operações | Exclusive for PCD) based in Brazil.
This is an operational support role within a fast-growing fintech environment focused on delivering efficient and high-quality service to insurance customers. You will be part of a dynamic operations team responsible for supporting customer journeys across back-office and front-office processes, including service requests, billing, and claims-related activities. The role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and agility to manage a high volume of daily demands. You will interact directly with customers through multiple channels, ensuring clarity, responsiveness, and a positive experience. In addition, you will support internal processes such as policy issuance, endorsements, and invoicing, contributing to the smooth functioning of insurance operations. - Provide customer support via email, phone, and WhatsApp using tools such as Zendesk, ensuring timely and clear communication.
- Track, organize, and manage operational requests across internal systems, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
- Handle a high volume of daily tasks, applying prioritization and attention to detail to meet deadlines.
- Support the issuance of insurance policies, endorsements, and invoices, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with processes.
- Assist in operational billing activities and related financial control routines.
- Contribute to claims and insurance operational workflows, supporting smooth execution of processes.
- Ensure proper documentation and follow-up of all customer and operational interactions.

- Technical education completed or higher education in progress.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for customer interaction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
- Ability to handle high volumes of data and operational tasks with accuracy.
- Strong organization, agility, and willingness to learn continuously.
- Experience or strong interest in Customer Experience (CX) is a plus.
- Previous exposure to insurance operations is a differential.
- Familiarity with Zendesk or similar customer support platforms is a plus.
