In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination of field service operations across a national territory within a highly technical and customer-critical environment. You will act as a key link between customers, field engineers, and internal teams to guarantee timely, high-quality service delivery. The position plays a central role in optimizing service coverage, improving operational efficiency, and maintaining strong customer satisfaction levels. You will support the execution of service strategies while helping manage escalations and ensuring alignment with defined service standards. This is a dynamic, field-oriented coordination role within the life sciences and diagnostics space, where your work directly contributes to improved healthcare outcomes. You will collaborate closely with technical teams and leadership while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. - Coordinate and support field service operations across Brazil, ensuring efficient deployment of technical teams and timely resolution of customer needs.
- Act as a central point of contact for service escalations, ensuring clear communication between customers, field engineers, and internal stakeholders.
- Support service performance management, helping monitor service levels, response times, and operational KPIs.
- Assist in optimizing field coverage strategies to improve efficiency, resource allocation, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with service leadership to support budget tracking and operational planning activities.
- Facilitate communication between local teams and global stakeholders to ensure alignment on best practices and process improvements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing service delivery quality and operational effectiveness.
This role requires strong experience in customer-facing technical or field service environments, ideally within medical devices, diagnostics, or a similarly complex industry. Candidates should be highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Strong communication skills are essential, as the role involves frequent interaction with customers, technicians, and leadership teams. A problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently while maintaining operational discipline are critical.
- 5+ years of experience in field service coordination, technical support, or service operations, preferably in a medical or technical industry.
- Proven experience working with customer-facing service teams and managing escalations.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple field activities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills in Brazilian Portuguese; English proficiency is required.
- Ability to analyze operational challenges and support process improvement initiatives.
- Experience working in fast-paced, field-based or distributed service environments.
- Strong customer service mindset with a focus on quality and responsiveness.
- Willingness to travel (up to 50%) across Brazil and occasionally internationally.
