ABOUT THE ROLE
The General Counsel / Corporate Attorney supports Advantixx and its operated companies through professional, accountable work within Legal & Compliance. You will advise leadership on contracts, corporate governance, employment, compliance, risk, disputes, and other legal matters affecting the organization.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Perform the core duties of the position accurately, timely, and in accordance with company procedures.
• Coordinate with leaders, colleagues, vendors, and business units to complete assigned priorities.
• Maintain organized records, reports, workflows, and follow-up documentation.
• Protect confidential company, employee, customer, financial, and operational information.
• Identify risks, escalate concerns promptly, and support continuous process improvement.
• Meet established service, quality, productivity, and compliance expectations.
• Perform other reasonable duties consistent with the position and business needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Relevant education, training, or experience appropriate to the position.
• Strong organization, communication, judgment, and follow-through.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively with limited supervision.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 or comparable business systems.
• Ability to work onsite in Las Vegas, Nevada, unless otherwise approved.
