The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various Appliances and apartments to ensure smooth operations. **Responsibilities:** - Perform facilities maintenance tasks including apartment make-readies, building maintenance, plumbing repairs, drywall repairs, electrical repairs, landscape pick up, painting and other duties as assigned. - You must get your CPO with-in 60 days from date of hire if you do not already have one. - Be On-Call - schedule varies - Work Saturdays - Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner. - Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and residents. - Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work. - Troubleshoot appliance, plumbing, electrical, and apartment issues. **Skills:** - Proficient in community maintenance practices. - Strong electrical repair skills. - Pool maintenance and upkeep. - Experience in apartment painting. - Excellent customer service skills.
