URGE FITNESS is hiring Part-Time Personal Trainers looking for a flexible opportunity to work with clients, develop professionally, with potential to grow into a larger role with URGE.

Your Role:
-Build and maintain a Personal Training client base
-Conduct consultations and fitness assessments
-Design and deliver safe, effective and results-driven training programs
-Develop professional relationships with members and clients
-Promote and sell Personal Training programs and services
-Track client progress and meet established performance expectations

Our Standard:
We're looking for professional, dependable and motivated individuals with strong communication skills, a passion for fitness, and the ability to build relationships.

Personal Training experience and a nationally accredited certification are preferred, but certification is not required to apply.

Candidates actively pursuing a fitness-related degree or nationally accredited Personal Training certification may be considered for a short-term internship while completing their education or certification requirements. URGE provides access to partner credentialing organizations, including NASM, with discounted certification opportunities.

CPR/AED certification must be obtained within URGE-established timeframes.

Schedule
This is a part-time, on-site position. Scheduling may be structured around your availability, client demand and club needs. Opportunities are available during early mornings, mid-mornings, evenings and weekends.

Successful trainers interested in additional hours may have opportunities to build their client base, expand their schedule and pursue full-time positions as business needs allow.
