HTI is hiring a Press Operator for a manufacturing facility in the Greenville, SC area. This role supports production operations involving decoiling, punch equipment, and material handling processes. Candidates with manufacturing, fabrication, or machine operation experience are encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do

• Operate press, decoiler, and punch equipment safely and efficiently

• Feed and position materials into machines for production processes

• Monitor machine alignment and material flow during operation

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and production specifications

• Inspect finished products for quality and dimensional accuracy

• Use tape measures and calipers to verify measurements

• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and maintain production flow

• Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing standards

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Support production goals and overtime needs as required

What You Need

• Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred

• Metal fabrication or punch press experience is a plus

• Ability to read blueprints and production specifications

• Experience using tape measures and calipers required

• Ability to perform basic math calculations

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Safety-focused mindset in a manufacturing environment

• Ability to work independently and within a team

• Willingness to work overtime and Saturdays as needed

• High school diploma or GED preferred

Schedule

• 1st Shift

• Monday – Friday

• 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• Overtime and Saturdays regularly available
