This role is designed for a senior fullstack engineer who will contribute to the evolution of a high-scale SaaS platform within the insurance technology sector. You will work on end-to-end solutions, from backend services and APIs to modern frontend interfaces, ensuring performance, scalability, and security. The environment is highly collaborative, involving close interaction with product, UX, QA, and engineering teams. You will play a key role in shaping architecture decisions and promoting engineering best practices. • Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using C Sharp and .NET, ensuring adherence to best practices such as REST, SOLID principles, Clean Architecture, and Clean Code, while also contributing to scalable and secure system design.
• Build and evolve responsive and scalable React interfaces, applying modern frontend practices such as hooks, context, and state management, preferably with TypeScript, ensuring usability and performance.
• Design and optimize data models and queries across SQL and NoSQL databases, supporting high availability and efficient data processing across distributed systems.
• Ensure software quality through automated testing strategies including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests, while actively participating in code reviews and design discussions.
• Implement and maintain security standards, observability practices, and performance monitoring, including authentication, authorization, logging, metrics, and tracing.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in agile environments to support continuous discovery, delivery, and improvement of products.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in fullstack development using C Sharp .NET on the backend and React on the frontend in production environments.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, API versioning, and integration with external services.
• Hands-on experience with .NET Core, dependency injection, middleware, and HTTP pipelines.
• Solid background in SQL and NoSQL databases, including data modeling and query optimization.
• Experience with Docker and CI CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with scalable architectures, caching strategies, messaging systems such as RabbitMQ or Kafka, and observability tools.
• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools such as Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or similar IDE-based agents.
• Experience with automated testing practices and strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals.
• Strong communication skills, autonomy, and ownership mindset.
• Currently pursuing or completed a degree in a technology-related field.
• Nice to have experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, infrastructure as code, Kubernetes, and modern React ecosystem tools.
