- Serve as the senior escalation point for technical support issues related to healthcare imaging and IT solutions.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software, networking, and infrastructure issues across cloud, virtual, and physical environments.
- Implement and configure healthcare imaging software solutions while supporting integrations with PACS, RIS/HIS, EMR, and third-party systems.
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and customers to ensure successful deployments and timely issue resolution.
- Conduct root cause analysis and contribute to internal knowledge bases and technical documentation.
- Support customer-facing activities including technical demonstrations, consultations, and onsite or virtual engagements when required.
- Monitor and maintain system performance while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Provide technical guidance and communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- 5+ years of experience supporting or implementing PACS or similar healthcare IT systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong expertise in healthcare imaging standards such as DICOM, HL7, and IHE.
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server environments, Active Directory, VMware, and systems administration.
- Solid technical knowledge of networking concepts including TCP/IP, VPNs, NAT, and VLANs.
- Experience with SQL Server databases, query management, and database troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation tools such as Bash, PowerShell, Ruby, Perl, HTML, or XML.
- Proficiency with technical troubleshooting tools including Wireshark, IIS, Apache, and OpenSSL.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively across teams.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship and successfully pass background and drug screening requirements.
