Key Responsibilities- Drive company growth through innovative strategies and strong leadership.
- Inspire and manage a team, delegating effectively to maximize productivity.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns that tell our story and connect with customers.
- Build relationships that drive sales of meat products and curated boxes.
- Oversee the company’s Profit & Loss statement and ensure financial health.
- Spend approximately 30% of time in-store; remaining time focused on strategic initiatives such as researching and purchasing for the store, event planning, seasonal planning and staff management.
- Work closely with current owners for mentorship on scaling the business.
- Leverage accounting and HR support provided by ownership.
