About the role
We're looking for a detail-oriented, process-driven Business Systems Associate o join our technology team. The role is based out of our Surgical Product Solutions subsidiary and supports every subsidiary under the Mojo Medical umbrella.
Our ideal candidate has hands-on experience with ERP systems and a solid understanding of how business operations connect through systems. You'll work across ERP modules (Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Accounting), build Saved Searches and Analytics reports, manage user roles and integrations, and partner with cross-functional teams in Sales, Finance, and Operations.
What you'll do
- Be the person people turn to when something in our business system isn't working — figure out what's going wrong, fix it, or get the right help to fix it.
- Set up and improve the system, so it keeps up with how the business works across all our subsidiaries.
- Build reports and pull data that help teams make better, faster decisions.
- Sit down with people in Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Finance, and Operations to understand their day-to-day, spot the bottlenecks, and design something better.
- Help us connect our systems with the hospitals and suppliers we work with, so orders, invoices, and shipping details flow automatically instead of being typed in by hand.
- Support bigger projects — system upgrades, new features, and connecting to outside tools.
- Run training sessions, answer questions one-on-one, and keep our how-to guides and documentation up to date.
- Help keep our data secure and our processes consistent across teamsa.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Hands-on experience with a business or ERP system (NetSuite, SAP, Odoo, Dynamics, or similar), or a strong willingness to learn quickly.
- Prior experience in a technical or systems-focused role — for example IT support, business or systems analyst, ERP administration, data analysis, QA, or similar.
- Strong reporting and data analysis skills, including comfort with Excel.
- Proven track record of being detail-oriented, having problem solving skills, being business-minded, working with projects, being a team player, and exceptional organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to write clear documentation and explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
The pay range for this role is:
65,000 - 70,000 USD per year(Pittsburgh)
