Position Summary
The Install Partner Specialist at Erie Home main responsibility is vetting and onboarding qualified candidates that meet the staffing needs of an organization. The role plays a crucial role in onboarding a talented and engaged workforce while continuously working towards the Install Partner compliance goals.
Responsibilities:
- Screen qualified contractors that meet company requirements
- Run an orientation for installation partners to help them understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Build reports on noncompliant installation through licensing & Insurance audits
- Assist Installation Partners with payment-related issues.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential qualified candidates for future roles.
- Report and process Install Partner concerns through the proper channels
- Conduct Regional Meetings and provide operations with updates on onboarding candidates, Install Partner Performance, and operational territories.
- Conduct exit interviews with Installation Partners & Installation Managers and ensure a structured exit process.
Required Education and Experience:
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of onboarding processes and best practices.
- Comfortable using Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Excel and Word
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated
- Bi-lingual in English and Spanish with the ability to write in both languages.
