Operations Coordinator

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Operations Coordinator in Brazil.

This role is designed for a highly organized and proactive operator who thrives in fast-moving, multi-location environments. You will be responsible for ensuring that day-to-day operational systems run smoothly across a growing restaurant franchise network. The position involves managing backend tools, coordinating data flows, and maintaining consistency across multiple operational touchpoints. You will act as a key connector between locations, leadership, and systems, ensuring that information is accurate, timely, and actionable. In addition to core operations work, you will support leadership with administrative and coordination tasks that keep priorities aligned. This is a high-trust, high-impact role with strong exposure to scaling operations in a dynamic U.S.-based business environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Manage and maintain core operational systems including POS, LMS, delivery platforms, CRM tools, and project management software, ensuring data accuracy and workflow consistency across all locations.
  • Oversee daily operational inputs from multiple franchise locations, reviewing checklists, identifying issues, and escalating operational risks in real time.
  • Monitor inventory submissions and operational data integrity, proactively identifying inconsistencies and ensuring timely follow-up with relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in collaboration with operations leadership to support scalable and consistent execution.
  • Consolidate and structure employee feedback, reporting outputs, and operational data into clear, actionable weekly reports for leadership review.
  • Support CEO and leadership team with administrative coordination, including calendar management, inbox organization, meeting notes, and task tracking.
Requirements:
  • 1–3+ years of experience in operations, coordination, account management, or similar roles in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong English communication skills (C1/C2 level, written and spoken).
  • Experience managing or coordinating multi-location, multi-account, or franchise-style operations.
  • Proficiency with operational and project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to quickly learn and manage multiple systems including POS, inventory, LMS, and delivery platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
  • Excellent written communication skills for cross-team coordination and reporting.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify issues and propose improvements.
  • Bonus: experience in hospitality, restaurant operations, or U.S.-based multi-location businesses.
  • Bonus: familiarity with tools such as Toast POS, inventory systems, SOP documentation, or AI-assisted workflows.
