This is a high-impact opportunity to build and scale the infrastructure that supports long-term revenue performance and operational excellence.

Accountabilities:

  • Own forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue planning processes, improving accuracy, consistency, and executive visibility into business performance.
  • Design and continuously enhance reporting and analytics frameworks to provide leadership with clear, actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Manage executive operating cadences including QBRs, forecast reviews, and strategic planning cycles, ensuring consistency in metrics and narratives.
  • Drive annual and in-year GTM planning, including territory design, capacity planning, quota setting, compensation design, and resource allocation.
  • Partner closely with GTM Systems and cross-functional teams to optimize CRM, data infrastructure, and operational tooling.
  • Translate complex data into compelling business stories that influence executive and board-level decisions.
  • Lead initiatives to automate reporting, improve data quality, and scale analytics capabilities across the organization.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and development to the Revenue Operations and analytics team.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, Consulting, or related fields, with strong exposure to SaaS environments.
  • Deep expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, revenue planning, territory design, quota setting, and compensation frameworks.
  • Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders through data-driven insights, strong communication, and structured thinking.
  • Strong analytical background with hands-on experience working with CRM systems, BI tools, and large-scale datasets.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with a strong bias toward execution and outcomes.
  • Excellent storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex analysis into clear business recommendations.
  • Experience collaborating across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance in a high-growth organization.
  • Strong systems thinking mindset with the ability to understand long-term operational impacts.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing teams.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package, including base salary and potential equity participation.
  • Remote-first work environment with flexibility and autonomy.
  • Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, and vision plans.
  • Retirement savings plan (401k) to support long-term financial security.
  • Unlimited paid time off and generous family leave policies.
  • Learning and development stipend to support continuous professional growth.
  • Wellness resources and employee support programs.
  • Opportunity to shape revenue strategy and build foundational GTM operations at scale.
