Varsity Pins at The City Forum- looking for friendly, energetic Cocktail Servers to join our team in Clarksville, TN. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys guest interaction, works well in a fast-paced environment, and can provide excellent service while serving beverages responsibly. Cocktail Servers help create a fun, welcoming experience for guests while keeping service areas clean, stocked, and organized. What You'll Do - Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service - Present beverage menus and answer guest questions - Take and record drink orders accurately - Verify legal drinking age by checking IDs - Serve beverages and other available items to guests - Upsell drinks, snacks, and other menu items - Respond promptly to guest requests - Process payments and handle cash accurately - Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow responsible service procedures - Keep service areas clean, organized, and stocked - Follow company standards for safety, service, and professionalism - Report concerns or misconduct to management as needed What We're Looking For - Must be at least 21 years old - Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays - Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused personality - Strong communication and customer service skills - Ability to stay organized and move quickly in a busy environment - Basic knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and common drink types preferred - Cash-handling and basic math skills - Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds - Must obtain required TABC/alcohol-server license within the first 30 days of employment Benefits and Perks - Paid training - Dental and vision coverage - Employee Assistance Program - Employee Referral Program - Employee discounts - Growth opportunities within Project 2231 About Project 2231 Project 2231 is a family-owned hospitality and entertainment company in Clarksville, TN.
