Role Summary :
- The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and supporting B2B projects to ensure successful delivery and business outcomes.
- The role requires close collaboration with clients to gather and define business requirements, while managing enquiries and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
- The incumbent is expected to perform data analysis, identify trends and insights, and drive continuous process improvement initiatives.
- This role will work closely with the BAU team to optimize operations, streamline processes, and enhance overall productivity, efficiency, and operational performance.
Project Management:
- Plan, develop, and execute projects to support BAU (Business-As-Usual) operations with the objective of improving cost efficiency, productivity, and operational effectiveness
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, scope, and budget
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and address enquiries or escalations effectively
- Drive project governance, monitor progress, and identify risks to ensure successful delivery
BAU Support:
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and monitoring tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost, loss rates, service levels, and operational performance
- Support ongoing operational activities through data-driven insights and performance tracking
- Provide regular reporting and recommendations to support business decision-making
Data Analysis:
- Analyze operational data and identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for continuous improvement
- Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and root causes, and propose actionable solutions
- Generate insights and recommendations to enhance business performance and operational outcomes
- Translate data findings into strategic initiatives and improvement plans to support business objectives and operational growth
- Partner with stakeholders to support data driven decision making and long term operational strategy
- 2–5 years of experience in Data Analysis or Project Management experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Contract Logistics would be an added advantage
- Experience managing client facing engagements and building stakeholder relationships
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in any field
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Effective stakeholder management and communication skills
- Resourceful, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
- Proven project management capabilities
- Proficiency in data analysis and project management tools, with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g. Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards, reporting); familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or project tracking platforms is an advantage
