Job Description
Position Summary:
The Community Pharmacy Technician provides exceptional care of patients by assisting the Pharmacist in the safe, accurate and timely dispensing of medications and the maintenance of pharmacy inventory.
Qualifications:
A. Education:
Maintain a current Pharmacy Tech Certification from the Texas State Board of Pharmacy.
B. Training and Experience:
Type 25 wpm accurately
C. Job Knowledge:

Strong multi-tasking, computer entry, good customer service and communication skills needed.

Ability to prioritize work to meet customer needs.

Ability to perform mathematical calculations to perform accurate dosing.
